ENGINEERING AND CAD CAM DESIGN

Our programming and engineering departments collaborate closely with each other to exceed the needs of our customers. We work in tandem with our customers to understand their goals and to find the best possible solutions. We work with a variety of engineering applications and accept all file types using GibbsCAM, Esprit, and SolidWorks.

PRECISION DEBURR AND HAND FINISHING

Machined, welded, molded, cast or sheared metals leave raised imperfections or “burrs” that require a skilled technician to deburr and smooth them before shipment. In some cases, sanding or fine polishing may be required.

SUB-ASSEMBLY AND KITTING

A number of our machined components of varying materials may need to be assembled to create a single product, which reduces our customers’ labor costs, establishes uniformity and compatibility and isolates any issues in-house before shipping.

CO2 LASER SERVICES

Many of our customers are very happy with our ability to laser mark, ink mark or cut mark their parts on a variety of materials.
